Please note that the processing and shipment of all transactions and goods will be undertaken by Odyssey Pictures Limited on behalf of Odyssey Pictures. You undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only.

3. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

4. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Odyssey Pictures unless and until Odyssey Pictures Limited, on behalf of Odyssey Pictures, accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Odyssey Pictures Limited, on behalf of Odyssey Pictures, sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Odyssey Pictures Limited, on behalf of Odyssey Pictures, of your offer to buy goods from Odyssey Pictures, or a 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Odyssey Pictures.

5. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

6. You undertake that all details you provide to Odyssey Pictures Limited, on behalf of Odyssey Pictures, for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

10. These terms and conditions shall apply when Odyssey Pictures Limited accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between Odyssey Pictures and you relating to your purchase. 14. At Ulysses.ie, when you place an order, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Credit card details are provided through secure payments servers of Realex Payments and Allied Irish Bank. Furthermore, as required by Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given to us, to prevent unauthorised access.

When you place an order, we need to know your name, address, e-mail address, credit card number, CV2 security number, the card expiry date and issue number (if applicable). This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

We guarantee that we will never:

- Pass on your financial details.

- Pass on any personal information gathered when you place an order. Sell or rent your details. Exploit your details in any way.

Returns/Refunds Policy

15. To return a faulty item simply indicate the reason for your return and include the invoice with your return. If you do not have the original invoice, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note must include your order number. Wrap the package securely (usually in the packaging that was used to deliver the product to you). We will replace faulty items with the same item or refund back to a credit card if the item is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds

16. You may return any unopened item (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. We will refund your credit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 28 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. Please include the invoice with your return. If you do not have the original invoice, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note must include your order number. Wrap the package securely (usually in the packaging that was used to deliver the product to you) and post it to the following address.

17. All products and items (excluding original production drawings) are dispatched direct from our European office in Dublin, Ireland, using the national postal service. The goods should be delivered within 10 working days, when the destination is within Ireland and within 15 working days elsewhere. Except where otherwise stated the price we quote is exclusive of postage and packing.

The original production drawings will be dispatched using Express Delivery (DHL) that guarantees goods to be delivered within the specified time, the appropriate cost for this service will be debited from your credit card. Please note that the shipping rates for all our items we sell are weight based. You must supply a contact telephone number and daytime address, as your signature is required for this premier service. If a signatory is not available at the address supplied a further charge will be made to your credit card for repeated outbound shipping.

a) Description

All works are original production drawing by Mervyn Rowe N.D.D.U.A. and created for the production of the “Bloom” feature film, directed by Sean Walsh. It should be noted that the production drawings may contain smudge or paints marks, creases and other evidence of the physical work associated with the composition of production drawings.

b) Ownership

Ownership of the work shall pass to the purchaser on receipt of the full price of the work.

c) Reproduction Rights

It is a condition of sale that the reproduction rights to the work remain with Odyssey Pictures Limited and that Odyssey Pictures Limited shall have right to reproduce in all other media forms.
